Accounting Analyst | Full-Time | On-Site (ET Hours) We are a strategic finance partner for growing companies, providing fractional support that combines rigorous back-office operations with front-office strategic finance. We are currently seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Operations Specialist / Accounting Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on foundational financial operationsincluding AP/AR, bookkeeping support, reconciliations, and data analysiswhile operating within a high-trust, fast-moving fractional model. Responsibilities Include: Invoice Management: Accurately input invoices into QuickBooks and provide daily updates. AP/AR: Process payments, manage balances, and reconcile accounts. Data Integrity: Maintain financial records in multiple tracking systems (QuickBooks, various CRMs). Client Support: Collaborate with in-office teams and clients, adapting quickly to unique client procedures. Documentation: Develop and improve workflows through standard operating procedures (SOPs). Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in accounting operations, administrative finance, or detail-heavy support roles. Language: C1 English (90% proficiency) required. Technical: Strong Excel skills are essential. Google Suite knowledge is required. Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly valued. Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, acute attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent client-facing communication skills. Work Schedule & Location: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (ET) This is an on-site position in Guatemala City Zone 10. Based on performance, the role can become hybrid or remote.
